Kili Wit
Wheat
99 RateBeer
The soft and citrusy flavors of Logsdon's
Kili Wit are the perfect partner to a plate of white meat turkey,
punchy cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes. Its orangey, gently-spiced
aromatics fit in neatly with the delicate turkey breast while softening
the tart 'n' tannic bite of the cranberry sauce, all while offering a
refreshing brightness to keep you going over a marathon display of
gluttony.

The Reverend
Belgian Quadruple
Gravy-laden plates with bread stuffing and
roasted garlic mash are ideal pairings for a Belgian-style quadruple,
an earthy, complex and malt-forward beer. Equally interesting as a
dessert pairing with caramel- or molasses-forward desserts like pecan
pie or sweet potato casserole, this brew is one to savor from the main
course through the end of a meal.

Firestone Walker Brewing
Helldorado
Barley Wine
99 RateBeer
An Imperial Blonde Ale or Blonde Barley
Wine; Helldorado has the lightest color of any of the beers in the
Firestone Walker barrel program but carries a great deal of interesting
barrel character: vanilla, light char and amazing lavender-honey notes.
Rich, boozy honey liqueur character and loads of smooth sweet toasted
malt to finish. This beer style is a little on the boozy side and is
meant for sipping and is a perfect dessert on it's own or paired with
pie.
