ACROBAT 2012
Oregon
Pinot Noir

"90" Wine Spectator

A San Diego Wine Co., Bargain Buy!
From Wine Spectator:
The crisp tannins and sleek structure give the up-front blackberry, currant and floral spice flavors good lift, coming together smoothly on the persistent finish.
Drink now through 2016.

  PATRICIA GREEN 2012
Willamette Valley
RESERVE
Pinot Noir
This great producer has put together an under $20 bottling that can rival many $30 bottles coming out of Oregon.
This bottling is very dark in fruit while pulling towards a gravelly aspect and showing thick, pliable tannins on the finish. The vintage gives the overall package a much plusher tone than one would expect. This is a much more drinkable-at-a-younger-age wine than normal.

  OLENIK VINEYARDS 2012 Willamette Valley
Pinot Noir

We have had incredible success with this wine over the last month. Just over 100 cases made for the world we have an inside track to this very limited offering. The owner, John Olenik, has been a customer for many years. This is only his second release and it is an undeniable winner. Wonderful fruit flavors, great complexity, and a wine that will age gracefully for the next 6-8 years. Biased or not this is a world class Pinot Noir!
