Anne Amalric of Domaine Marquiliani in Aghione, Corsica, is actually an olive farmer first and foremost! You wouldn’t know it from the fame of her incredible rosé that has taken Corsica and the United States by storm. Anne, however, is just as passionate about her oil, and rightly so. It is all pressed at an ancient mill on her property in the foothills of eastern Corsica. This blended oil is smooth and soft, as the name implies. Super smooth and incredibly tasty, it will elevate the salad experience or just use it for dipping with a crunchy French baguette.
