The natural range from Santa Julia began as a mission statement to produce low-intervention wines as cleanly and precisely as possible, taking full advantage of the technology and equipment available at a large-scale facility.

No sulfur additions are made in this wine. The result is a remarkably clean, concise and vibrant wine emphasizing the uphill battle natural wine producers face in attempting to produce compelling and consistent wines without the aid of technology.

From Wine Advocate (90pts): Paying homage to a traditional Argentine blend, the 2024 La Vaquita Natural is a co-fermented blend of 70% Malbec and 30% Torrontés that underwent semi-carbonic maceration. A lush, juicy and floral nose is followed by a supple, succulent palate, finishing on a quenching, subtly earthy note.
