Made with half the calories and alcohol vs. tequila, Ola Sol is a delicious agave wine that delivers the same tasting notes as tequila, but with a sweeter & smoother finish. At their farm in Jalisco, Mexico, they harvest 5 year old Tequilana Weber Blue agave and cook it for seven hours, fermenting the resulting juice for 72 hours in stainless steel. After filtering it to a pure blanco, they fortify the wine with 10% agave brandy to finish their agave wine.

Treat this like you would any Blanco tequila, on the rocks, in a margarita or a tequila spritz.
