Eventually, after roaming around the shop and reading all the boards, completely befuddled by the gamut of selection - I spoke to Matt and picked his brain on reds and and whites that he would recommend. He was extremely helpful. The shop has a very welcoming atmosphere. It invites both the shorts and t-shirt like me, as well as the suit and tie.

If you want the darn good stuff, you'll find it here. You can drop $50+ on a bottle if that's really your bag. Me, I'm more inclined towards volume. Not at the abandonment of quality mind you, but a happy confluence of quality and affordability. Which is why the under $10 bottles stretching on and on warms my heart like only emptying those bottles can match. I love it. I want more of it."
