Hanabi Lager Co. Spring Lyon (2026) Pilsner Style Lager

This special Hanabi beer is brewed with Lyon barley, a variety developed by renowned artisan grain breeder Kevin Murphy of the WSU Bread Lab and named in honor of his mentor and colleague, Steven R. Lyon. We sourced a beautiful crop from Bill Myers’ family farm overlooking the Palouse River in Washington State. Brewed as a Pilsner-style lager, Lyon presents a cheerful straw-yellow hue with luminous white foam. Aromas of wildflowers, Meyer lemon, and sweet alfalfa are fragrant and expressive. An inviting, open palate leads into a refreshing, long finish marked by flinty minerality.
