2018 Napa Valley
Merlot
With the Whitehall Lane changing vintages and the price going way up it was time to find a replacement. No easy task as that Whitehall bottling was our best selling Merlot at just under $20 all last year. Look no further as this Textbook Merlot OVER-fills the void nicely. Super smooth and delicious.
Difficult to find this kind of quality at under $20. Don't miss it! |

| d'Arenberg
2016 McLaren Vale
THE DERELICT VINEYARD
Grenache
90 Wine Advocate
From Wine Advocate: Dark in color and saturated in hue, d'Arenberg's 2016 The Derelict Vineyard Grenache appears built to age. Loaded with concentrated black cherry fruit, the wine is full-bodied and framed by muscular tannins. I suspect the tannins will always be prominent, but they should soften
a bit within a few years. The fruit is fresh,
with no indication of over-ripeness, finishing clean and long.

Carlos Serres
2014 Rioja
Tempranillo
90 Wine Advocate
This was very close to becoming our Wine of the Month. This wine way over-delivers
in this price-point! Drinking incredibly well with 6 years of age it is a phenomenal Rioja value!
From Wine Advocate: The classical, sleek and polished 2014 Reserva was produced with a blend of Tempranillo with 10% Graciano from their El Estanque estate vineyards. The grapes fermented separately and matured in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. The nose has it all—the ripe berries, the forest floor, the sweet spices, the balsamic incense and cigar ash—all in harmony and integration.

OZV
2018 Lodi
OLD VINE
Zinfandel
The wildly popular OZV Zinfandel is back in stock. Great price-point and for those who love the ripe and loaded Lodi fruit will fall for this one big time! Aromas of blackberry and vanilla, with flavors of dark red cherry and raspberry. Soft texture accented with a subtle spice; velvety with a long, lingering finish. The definition of ripe, jammy, tasty Zinfandel from Lodi at A GREAT PRICE!

EDELZWICKER
White Blend
WOW! This is incredibly delicious! One of the tastiest and more intriguing white wines you will ever find under $15. A white blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Chasselas and Riesling.
This wine is not sweet, it is dry and enormously flavorful with a hint of floral and a full Litre to boot!

Jules Taylor
2020 Marlborough
Gruner Veltliner
I believe this is the first time we have featured a Gruner Veltliner from New Zealand.
It strongly resembles some of the very good Gruners we have featured from Austria over the years. A perfect wine to enjoy and celebrate Spings arrival.
Flavors of white peach, melon and citrus zest with hints of classic Gruner flavors of white pepper notes on the crisp and crisp, refreshing finish. |

Adelaida
2017 Paso Robles
Cabernet Sauvignon
Always one of the "go to" wineries when visiting Paso Robles. Adelaida makes some wonderful wines and this Cabernet Sauvignon is a perfect example. Juicy black currant, black cherry and baking spices with hints of toasty vanilla on the long, smooth finish.
Awesome price here!

Piero Benevelli
2019 Llanghe
Nebbiolo
This s a pretty powerful Nebbiolo. Drinks a lot like a Barolo at twice the price. While you can drink it now, makesure you enjoy it with food for maximum enjoyment, or give it a few years and be rewarded. Imported by Kermit Lynch. |
