Cheers,

Chateau Rozier

2022 Saint Emilion
GRAND CRU

Bordeaux

This wine is made from the Merlot and Cabernet Franc grape varieties, 80% and 18% respectively, and is completed by 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. Tremendous
value Bordeaux and drinking well for a young wine. Red and black fruits, mineral notes and hints of cocoa powder on the smooth, elegant finish.

Jester
By Mitolo

2019 McLaren Vale

Cabernet Sauvignon

89 Wine Advocate

One of the better value Cabernet Sauvignon's we have tasted from Australia in quite a while. Vibrant brick red with purple hues, the nose shows hints of nutmeg, crushed leaves and tar with lifted brambly fruit and cloves. Black currant and cassis notes add freshness.

Rutherford Ranch

2021 Napa Valley

Cabernet Sauvignon

91 Wine Spectator

$50 at the winery

Great price here ! Juicy and engaging, laced with cherry and dark plum notes.
Notes from the Winery: This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black cherry, black current, and dark plum layered upon notes of toasty caramel. On the palate, this full-bodied silky wine has flavors of blackberries and Mission figs intermingled by notes of clove and well-integrated tannins.

VOETSPORE

Shiraz/Tannat

Vina Tondonia
By R. Lopez de Heredia

2012 Rioja
RESERVA

Tempranillo

95 Wine Advocate

The 2011 version of this wine was a beauty. We think this is even better! The wine is aromatic with a developed profile, spicy and tertiary (forest floor, a touch of brick dust and iodine), complex and nuanced. The palate is full and round, with polished tannins and a long, dry finish. It has a textbook Tondonia nose and profile.

Petalos
By Descendientes de J. Palacios

2022 Bierzo

Mencia Blend

This wine is pretty darn reliable year in and year out but this vintage stands out for its abundance of flavors and fleshy fruit. Without a doubt one of the best the Petalos bottlings in recent memory.
From Wine Advocate (93pts): The 2022 Petalos was produced with 85% Mencía, 10% white grapes and 5% other reds. It's clearly more Mediterranean, with notes of rockrose and other aromatic herbs, juicy and round, more fruit-driven, aromatic, velvety and very pleasant and easy to drink.

Giuseppe Campagnola

2020

Amarone delle Valpolicella

The best value Amarone in the market!
Very consistent producer that way over-delivers at this price! This rich, dry red wine is carefully made in the renowned Valpolicella Classico area. Deep bright, ruby red color with violet edge. Powerful bouquet and intense aromas of cherry, ripe plum, toasted almond, and vanilla. A full-bodied wine with round and rich flavor.

Walter Hansel

2022 Russian River Valley
THE SOUTH SLOPE VNYD.

Pinot Noir

94 Jeb Dunnuck

Notes of violets, black raspberry coulis, sweet cedar, and mossy forest floor, and brighter fresh red fruit comes through on the palate. Medium-bodied, it reveals more focus on the palate, with a mouthwatering feel, and it has fine tannins and a light, salty finish.
A very lovely wine, it’s going to reach its tenth birthday.

Malcaracter

2022 Rueda

Verdejo

Was $20

Super closeout price on a tasty Verdejo from Spain. Was $20, now a ridiculous $6.99!!  Make this your new house white to start the year! Lush tropical fruit, fresh herbs and a round, balanced mouth-feel on the finish.

Sidra Acebal El Carrascu

Spain

Hard Cider

Yes, this is a cider. I think the first ever to make our Top 12! It is awesome!
100% Austurian Heirloom apples from Organic orchards. This crisp, bright, tangy yet ultimately fresh and appley cider really hits the spot. The balance between rich, phenolic, fine bitter notes, and bright, sour apple high tones is spot on. In Asturias they drink more sidra than anywhere else in Spain (possibly in Europe?) and judging by the quality of this bottling, I can see why!

Bueyes

2021 Mendoza
RETINTO

Bonarda

Was $16

50% OFF here

We found another fantastic closeout offer! 50% off this Bonarda from Argentina. In the glass, this wine has medium intensity, with red and violet tones. On the nose, is perfumed with aromas of red fruits such as cherry and blackberry. In the mouth, it is well-balanced, without the presence of ripe tannins and a feeling of freshness.
